Build

Turn key project delivery is our passion.

Once the acoustic specification, layout and cost plan have been agreed, our dedicated team of Project and Site managers are there to ensure every scheme is delivered in line with your expectations.

Prior to starting each project we will issue:

·       Drawing pack including timber/ fabric samples
·       Detailed programme of works
·       Risk assessments and method statements
·       Site health and safety plan
·       F10 notification if required

Build
Our in house team of specialists cover all aspects of construction, from building floating room-in-room structures, installation and integration of mechanical & electrical services all the way to plastering and final decoration.

Our specialist team of time served builders ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget regardless of size or location.

From day one a Project manager is assigned to your scheme with a full time site manager on hand to answer any queries you may have. All variations are catered for by our professional and approachable team.

Weekly site inspections will be undertaken by our Project managers to provide accurate updates as often as you need them.
Build
Our project team will manage the building control sign off process as the build progresses, with a full certificate issued upon completion when required. Once the project is handed over we will issue a full O&M manual containing your as built drawings and commissioning certificates for M&E services.

We use our own in house electrical and mechanical team to install air-conditioning, ventilation and all power and data. This is managed closely by our M&E Manager, who undertakes regular site visits to ensure our rigorous standards are met.

Alongside quality, we pride ourselves on our high standards for health and safety business-wide. All site operatives hold CSCS cards and are trained regularly on all equipment used throughout construction. Our Project managers conduct regular audits to ensure our health and safety standards are being met.
